Refund policy
THE BTR RETURN & EXCHANGE STANDARD
We engineer our apparel to the highest standard. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, we provide a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or size exchange.
The Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Damages and Defective Gear: Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and deploy a replacement.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on final sale items or digital gift cards.
Refund Protocol: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution to post the funds.
