THE BTR SHIPPING & DISPATCH PROTOCOL

Order Processing Every piece of BTR equipment undergoes a rigorous fulfillment protocol. Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Transit & Tracking Once your order has cleared our processing phase, you will receive an automated dispatch notification containing your specialized tracking number. Transit times are determined by the carrier and your proximity to our fulfillment centers.

Delays & Communications In the event of a strategic delay or high-volume surge that extends our standard processing window, our concierge team will contact you directly via email with an updated timeline.

Title of Goods BTR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external events beyond our control. Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the recipient.
